Delete Your Account

Delete from the app

You can delete your account directly within the Unspiral app:

1. Open Unspiral and sign in
2. Open the menu and go to Settings
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including your conversations, journal entries, and any saved memories. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion via email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@unspiral.co from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your user profile and authentication data
• All conversations and chat messages
• All journal entries
• All saved memories and preferences

No data is retained after deletion. Third-party services (Anthropic, Supabase) also remove your data in accordance with their retention policies.
